Good staff made it worth it

The staff were great. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety.

The noise from the corridor was bothersome at night was nice. A bit more soundproofing would greatly improve comfort.

The units were high standard and new-fashioned with comfy beds. An electric kettle and fridges are a nice touch.

The staff's unwavering warmth and the quick response to requests stood out, particularly the excellent drivers who shared insights about Nairobi's highlights.

I enjoyed the food especially the appetizer and dessert and also the quality service and communication as I interact.

I had a lovely stay in a Superior Queen Room where the staff really impressed me with their quick response to all my requests, and I loved the packed breakfast they offered for my early flight. The spa treatments were a perfect way to unwind after a long day, and the outdoor swimming pool was absolutely refreshing! The only thing that could be better was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit slow at times, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 😊

Comfortable Superior Twin Room with decent décor and a reasonable amount of space. The location is fantastic for reaching local attractions.

Noisy atmosphere throughout the hotel with sounds traveling easily from the lobby to the rooms. The bedside lamp had a taped-over switch, unscrewing the bulb was necessary just to get some peace. An overdue transport arrangement to the airport added unnecessary waiting time.

The food was genuinely fantastic, with a great variety. The dining vibe was casual and cute. Plus, the staff's friendliness was unmatched!

The noise level was a real issue. It reminded me of a party 24/7, and I had to unscrew lightbulbs since the switches were taped over. Transport to the airport took way longer than expected.

The location is super convenient, right across from Wilson Airport, a lifesaver for early flights. The breakfast buffet had fresh pastries and great coffee. The staff was really accommodating and supportive, especially when I needed transportation. The room was comfortable with nice bathroom amenities.

The Superior Queen Room was spacious and had modern amenities. The bed was super comfy, made for a great night's sleep. The decor felt cute too. I really enjoyed how close it was to the airport and the city center. Only downside was that the sockets were a bit tricky to find. Pretty solid experience!

Solo traveler beware of noise

The personnel were very nice , always professional and supportive. Had some great chats with the drivers who knew Nairobi like the back of their hand , gave me insider tips on what to do when I was outside of my meetings.

It wasn't cheap , but the experience was acceptable.

the shower pressure was pretty weak,, but the personnel were super friendly and always smiling. the location was perfect for quick airport access, and the breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from.
